As of June 30, 2026, GOV.UK tells eVisa holders to check their UKVI account and eVisa details before travel and to travel with a passport or travel document added to the account. A second passport can be useful, but it does not update the UK record by itself.

A Dominica passport is not a tax residence certificate

As of June 29, 2026, Dominica's CBIU FAQ says applicants do not need to reside in Dominica before or after citizenship is granted. Dominica's Inland Revenue Division separately links resident filing to physical presence, including more than 183 continuous days. Citizenship and tax residence are different files.
